The Eyak Corporations goal is to actively manage
our lands, resources, subsidiaries and investments in order to promote
shareholders' cultural and economic freedoms. Eyaks operations
will be managed to strive to do the following:
Meet Eyak shareholders' continuing need for current
information regarding corporate operations by continued efforts
to produce newsletters and conduct shareholder informational meetings.
Maintain a strong shareholder outreach program in order to evaluate
and be aware of shareholders' concerns.
Facilitate all corporate stock matters, maintain current shareholder
lists, estate transfers and gift transfers.
Seek to inform shareholders of jobs and on-the-job training opportunities
which may arise from corporate business venture.
There are 409 shareholders as of June 2006.

The Eyak Permanent Fund Settlement Trust
The EPFST was established by an 84% Eyak Shareholder approved on
October 10, 1998. The EPFST is on entity authorized by ANCSA and
that is separate from the Eyak Corporation, however all Eyak Corporation
Shareholders became beneficiaries of the trust.
The trust was created for the purpose of establishing a permanent
fund to be used to provide a source of funds for regular distributions
to trust beneficiaries in perpetuity.
