Eyak Technology, LLC. , (ETek, EyakTek) an Alaska Native-owned business, provides award-winning solutions in infrastructure and security systems, communications, information technology, and healthcare services.

EyakTek is a low-risk resource and directly employs subject matter experts in engineering, design, construction and project management. To further establish the right team composition, the company selects partners with complimentary skill sets and cultures who are recognized leaders in their field. The company presents a substantial financial portfolio to support projects of virtually any size or complexity.

Eyak Development Corp.,(EDC) has established itself as a reliable service contractor with a reputation for providing staffing and light construction for facilities operations. EDC is an Alaska Native-owned business that provides services to agencies of the federal government and the military. It has experienced exponential growth in the areas of staffing and light construction and currently has personel serving the government in Illinois, Texas, Virginia, and the District of Columbia.


Eyak Services, LLC (ESL) was formed in 2008 and (8a) certified in September 2009. ESL primarily operates in Virginia, Texas and Louisiana. ESL provides neuro-cognitive testing services to U.S. military troops prior to deployment to foreign theatre and administrative staffing and temporary support for the US Army Corps of Engineers.


Eyak Resources, LLC (ERL) was formed on December 2009. ERL operates in Cordova to oversee aggregate sales from Eyak lands and in managing Eyak lands.


NorthTide Group, LLC (NTGL; NorthTide) was formed in 2008 and was 8(a) certified in July 2010. NorthTide is an integrated technology and healthcare services provider specializing in "end to end" technology solutions revolving around telecommunications, information technology, critical infrastructure, security and healthcare systems.

Orca International Management, LLC (OIM) was formed in 2010 to provide language, linguistics, and translation services primarily from Arabic to English.

Cordova Central, LLC (CCL) was formed in 2008, and is currently working to get (8a) certified. CCL provides facility security officer services to EDC and ESL.

The Eyak Foundation, (TEF) provides opportunities for financial aid to eligible and qualified students who are planning on taking or are already taking courses of study to prepare for careers or to upgrade skills for career opportunities beyond high school. Consistent with the philosophy of the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act (ANCSA), the primary goal and objective of The Eyak Foundation is to provide support for the education and cultural needs of Alaska Natives and descendants of Alaska Natives, particularly those who are shareholders or descendants of shareholders of The Eyak Corporation.
