Small Business Assistance Program (SBAP) deadline is rapidly approaching - Deadline: July 29th, 2011, by 5:00pm A.S.T.(Alaska Standard Time)

The SBAP Program helps promote and enhance small business development of startup or expansion of existing shareholder or descendant businesses. The continuation of the Program will be based on its measured success and benefits as determined by the CAC Board of Directors. The Chugach Alaska Corporation ("CAC") Board of Directors, through the appointment of an outside review committee, will evaluate the SBAP proposals on a competitive basis.

Proposals will be evaluated using the SBAP Proposal evaluation criteria listed on page 5 of the application packet. CAC in its sole discretion will determine whether the applicant has satisfactorily completed the program requirements. In exercising its discretion, the Board will accept the recommendations of the evaluation committee. All applicants will be notified of their application results.
