Please join us in thanking Jim Ujioka for his dedicated and exemplary service on TEC’s Board of Directors. Jim served as Chair of TEC’s Board of Directors. In addition
to his leadership role with The Eyak Corporation, Jim served as Chair of the Board of Managers for TEC subsidiary The aEonian Group, LLC (among other subsidiaries),
as President of The Eyak Foundation, Chair of the Eyak Benefits Trust, and Trustee of the Eyak Permanent Fund Settlement Trust. Jim’s presence will
be greatly missed, and we wish him all the best in his future endeavors. While on the Board, Jim demonstrated a passion for Descendents’ issues and
ensured their inclusion in all aspects of The Eyak corporation. The remainder of Jim’s term will be served by Shareholder JD Elquist. TEC’s Board, Management, and Staff thank Jim for his dedication to our corporation and wish him the very best.
